WineMaking Notes
The grapes are picked by hand, pressed into a tank and the juice settles in a cool temperature for about 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in old French oak barrels, and these barrels go through partly malolactic fermentation too which brings the creamy characters and more body to this wine.
Tasting Notes
Glorious golden green hue with deft notes of mandarine, white flowers, honeysuckle and some thyme. A deliciously bright and refined Sauvignon blanc with texture.
