Tasting Notes
Destemmed and pressed straight to barrel. Natural ferment without any additions for 3 months. Bottled after a single filtration. No fining or stabilisation. At prolonged cold temperatures a harmless sediment might develop. This wine will drink well in it's youth but has the potential to be cellared for 7-10 years with ease. A light deposit may occur and is a sign of the wines authentic approach in how it was made. Bottled April 2017.
