Shiraz 2022

The Shiraz components were both partially whole bunch fermentations with the Cinsault component being wholly destemmed. All fermentations were 100% natural with no yeast or enzyme addtitions. Wines were matured seperately in a combination of various sizes older oak.

The true Swartland combination of cured meat, spice, flower petals and dark red fruit delivers a knockout punch in this wine. The good acidity keeps the wine fresh along with the dark fruit concentration. A perfect match to summer barbecues and oven baked casserole dishes.
