Manual harvest, 100% destemmed vinification. 20 days of maceration at a temperature of 28°C. Aged 100% in barrels of one to two wines for 10 months.
Tasting Notes
This Saint-Joseph develops a nose with notes of red fruits showing an aromatic, expressive and fleshy wine. The palate is persistent with fruit that is enriched with woody notes. To be consumed within 3 to 5 years.
