Hand harvested, whole bunch basket pressed, fermented and aged in old Oak barrels for 9 months. No yeast inoculation or additives apart from a small amount of SO2. Medium filtration at bottling.
Tasting Notes
An easy drinking Chenin with plenty of honey aromatics on the nose and a citrus finish on the palate. This wine is from a block that is 43 years’ old which adds to the flavor character.
