Hand harvested, whole bunch basket pressed, fermented and aged in a stainless steel tank for 7 months. No yeast inoculation or additives apart from a small amount of SO2. Medium filtration at bottling.

An easy drinking Rose’ for those lazy afternoons around the pool or at the beach house. Ideal with friends around lunch.
