The hand-harvested grapes were destemmed, crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks, with pump-overs performed twice daily. The wine was gently pressed and racked to barresl for malolactic fermentation.
Tasting Notes
Intricate aromas and flavors of white pepper and red berry fruit, with soft, refined tannins on the finish. It’s juicy enough for solo sipping yet has enough grip to pair with steak.
