Floral Orange and Kumquat citrus flavour with pink pepper. Named after the rare Rex Union orange which is an indigenous marmalade orange dating back to Victorian times. Serve over ice with quality Indian tonic, ideally 1 – 3 ratio. Try a pink option with dry grapefruit tonic. Garnish with a twist of orange peel, grapefruit quarter, lemon balm leaf.
